The regional program of local democracy in the Western Balkans is financed by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

Young people between the ages of 15 and 30 who live in the municipalities of Centar Sarajevo and Novo Sarajevo can take part in the training. Preference will be given to young people with disabilities and young people who are active in civil society organizations from the area of the municipalities of Novo Sarajevo and Centar Sarajevo.

INFORMATION ON TRAINING

By participating in soft skills training, young people will have the opportunity to develop key skills that are essential for personal and professional development. These trainings provide an opportunity to acquire communication skills, teamwork, leadership, problem solving and other soft skills that are necessary in today’s dynamic work environment. Also, through these trainings, young people will gain self-confidence, improve their ability to face challenges, and build a foundation for a successful future, both professionally and personally.

Content of the two-day training for the development of soft skills:

  1. Effective communication and communication skills
  2. Presentation skills and public speaking
  3. Teamwork and cooperation
  4. Critical thinking


Additional information for the participation of young people from the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo

Date of training: 09.-10.12.2023. years

Planned number of participants for the training: 12 young people from the area of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo.

Training date: 16.-17.12.2023. years

Planned number of participants for the training: 12 young people from the area of the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo.

HOW TO APPLY:

Participants apply using the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.

This call remains open until December 6, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at the latest.

After the participant selection procedure (which may include an interview) has been carried out, accepted candidates will receive a notification via email.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

People with disabilities and young people who are active in civil society organizations from the area of the municipalities of Novo Sarajevo and Centar Sarajevo have priority when choosing participants.
