Expertise in the field of: drafting various legislation in the field of local self-governance, interprets them and provides opinions regarding them. Performs professional analysis of draft laws, proposals of  subordinate legislation and other types of legislation concerning local self-governance; monitors and proposes normtive reforms at the level of local self-governace, and provides professional legal opinions. Controls acts that the mayor proposes to the Parliament for adoption, and whose processors are the administrative bodies, service bodies and public service bodies and carries out the proposal procedure. Drafts the Mayor’s Activity report.
