Vitez Municipality in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the framework of the Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans – ReLoad2, has announced a public call for civil society/non-governmental organizations to submit project proposals.

It is also possible to pick up the necessary documentation for applying to the public call-in person during the The informational meeting with interested organizations, “Open Day,” will be held in March 2024 from 11:00 to 12:00 in the Grand Hall of the Municipality of Vitez, at Stjepan Radića Street No.1.
The completed application (with the required documentation) must be submitted in one electronic copy (USB) containing the mandatory and additional documentation sets, along with one printed copy of the documents. All materials should be submitted in a sealed envelope or package by registered mail or in person during business hours (Monday to Friday), from 8:00 to 15:00, to the following address, marked for the ReLOaD2 project:

The deadline for submitting applications is April 18, 2024, by 3:00 PM. Applications received after the deadline will only be considered if the postmark indicates a date before the official deadline expiration.
The outer envelope must contain the name of the call for project proposals, the full name and address of the applicant, the full project name, and the indication “Do not open before the official opening.” The municipal administration will keep proper records of the received mail and issue acknowledgments of receipt.
The results of the public call will be exclusively published on the UNDP BIH website www.undp.org/bosnia-herzegovina, as well as on the municipality’s website https://opcinavitez.info/ and on the notice board in the municipal administration building, within 45 working days from the closing of the public call (except in cases of unforeseen circumstances). Only civil society organizations whose project proposals have been selected for funding will be notified in writing.
ReLOaD2 is a regional project funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in six countries/territories of the Western Balkans, namely: Albania, the Republic of North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo*[1] and Serbia.
