Invitation to members of civil society organizations for applications to participate in the evaluation commission in the City of Mostar

The City of Mostar invites interested members of civil society organizations (CSOs) based in the City of Mostar to apply for participation in the evaluation process of submitted project proposals within the framework of the public call for submission of project proposals within the youth component of the Regional Program of Local of Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2) in the area of the City of Mostar.

The public call for project proposals of civil society organizations was published on October 10 and lasts until November 3, 2023. In order for the evaluation process of project proposals to take place transparently, it is necessary to ensure the participation of one representative of civil society organizations.

According to the rules, members of civil society organizations that submitted their project proposals to the public call and/or were collaborators with other civil society organizations at the same public call may not participate in the public call. If it is determined that a CSO representative who is a member of the CSO evaluation committee is involved in any submitted project proposal, those project proposals will be disqualified.

This call is open from Friday, November 3, 2023, until Wednesday, November 8, 2023, until 2 p.m., and interested persons can apply via the following emailaddress: sabina.memic@mostar.ba or damir.defterdarevic@undp.org.

The application should contain a biography that shows previous experience as well as engagements in CSOs. The evaluation of the submitted project proposals will be carried out in the month of November 2023, and the selected candidate will be informed in a timely manner of the exact date of the evaluation. In the event that more than one representative of civil society applies, the candidate will be selected by representatives of CSOs from the area of the City of Mostar.
