As part of the ReLOad2 project, which is jointly implemented by the City of Goražde and UNDP, activities are underway to develop the Strategy for the Youth of the City of Goražde for the period 2024-2028. On this occasion, an invitation was sent to all young people and civil society organizations dealing with youth issues from the area of the City of Goražde aged 15 to 30 (high school students, students, activists, leaders of youth organizations, volunteers in the community) to participate in the III workshop for the preparation Strategies for the youth of the City of Goražde in the period from 2024 to 2028. which will be held on Friday 17.11.2023. in the large hall of the City Administration starting at 11:00 a.m.
Strategy for the youth of the City of Goražde in the period from 2024 to 2028. is a strategic document aimed at improving the position of young people and solving the priority problems of young people. The document includes 6 key areas for young people: employment, health policy, education, sports and culture, social care and leisure.
In the process of creating this document, the participation of young people is crucial in order to identify as precisely as possible the needs of young people from the area of the City of Goražde. Young people have the opportunity to express their opinion on the problems of young people in the community and to participate in the process of creating a document whose main goal is to improve the status of young people in the community.
The creation of the Youth Strategy was organized in cooperation with the City of Goražde and the Regional Program for Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 – ReLOaD2 (ReLOaD2), which is financed by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNDP).
